We have a public Hub site on an invasive pest species in Oregon (https://oregon-eab-geo.hub.arcgis.com/). We are having some issues with viewing the site on smartphones, and it seems like it is caused by the Privacy Notice. However, when we try to turn off the "Display privacy notice" option, the settings do not get applied, and instead the privacy notice option remains toggled on at all times. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you @JustinPrather !! Looks like our Hub site is now working on smart phones, which was the primary problem we were trying to solve.
