Once you create a Hub application (embedded with other applications such as ArcInsights or WebMaps via iFrames), is it possible to schedule an auto-update for the app/site using updated AGOL data? If, so then how can it be done?
By update I mean the app automatically pulls updated data (same file name and attribute fields but with new/updated data under the fields) and updates the Hub app automatically with updated analysis results.

Hi @Ed_ - have you tried using Append Data process to update data in hosted feature service fields from another source? If you update your data in your apps, your Hub should automatically show those updates if they are just embeds.
