What permissions does a user have to have to edit a site?  I am an AGOL Admin and I'm the owner of the Open Data Group which the site uses.  How do I make another member of my Open Data group to have the ability to edit the site and save?

In my organization, we have the Hub Site and any other pages shared to a group with shared update enabled. This means anyone in that group can edit anything shared to that group regardless of ownership. This allows me to work on a Hub Site owned by someone else.

I am not sure if that is the only way, but it is at least one way I have seen.
