A Question on ArcGIS Hub / Open Data.
Is there a timeframe for supporting https on custom domains? If not, is there currently a workaround that can be applied (requesting a new ssl, etc..) to ensure https traffic has no issue accessing the custom domain?

Hi Devin, we've diagnosed the issue. We expect to have a fix in place this week. We will let you know when to try again.

Thanks Daniel. Please keep me posted. I have a client really putting the screws to me. I'm holding them off but I don't know how much longer I can wait before I have to move their solution to Wordpress.
This issue was resolved earlier this afternoon. Sorry for the delayed notice. The issue was a bug in our system for HTTPS enforcement on custom domains.
Woohoo! Apologies on the delay in getting support. The support team is looped in and will be resolving the issue on their side as well
Hey thanks Graham. All looks good on my end.
Graham Hudgins could this also cause users with private sites using custom domains with ArcGIS Hub and Open Data sites to be prompted to sign in multiple times? For instance, after signing into the Open Data site, clicking on a page within the site prompts for login. If not using a custom domain, the site only prompts for log in on initial sign on but not on subsequent pages
These are unrelated issues. The signing in multiple times thing has to do with how the platform handles cookies for webapps that run on a domain different form ArcGIS. I'm hoping we get a solve for this into the next release of ArcGIS Online. There is a setting for Hub Premium that alleviates this issue significantly but as of this time it's not yet available to all base ArcGIS online orgs. I'm hoping to get that updated.
(If you are on Hub premium and activated Hub after March, 2019 then the setting is set automatically. If you activated before March 2019 then please visit the Community -> Admin tab to enable this setting).
