Hi, we have been working with Sites for quite a while and use the Summary Statistics card a lot. However we are now using Hub in AGOL to build a similar website and when i try and set up a summary statistic with attribute filter it doesn't seem to work. Here is the testing I have done:
Filtering by one attribute with coded value domains, it correctly filters for one domain value but displays 0 for all others despite there being records with those values.
We have some attribute names that are similar: workflow_status, status, org_validation_status, org. If I try and select workflow_status as the attribute to filter on, it switches to the attribute status, but displays the coded value domains on workflow_status. On looking at the list of attributes it appears to have selected both workflow_status and status as they both have blue dots next to them. The statistic displays 0, no matter domain value I choose. If I select "org_validation_status", it defaults to "org", and appears to have selected org, status, and org_validation_status and is displaying the coded value domains for org_validation_status, the statistics displays 0 records.
I have tested it on different layers, on layers created in different ways and on data collected by survey123 and edited directly in AGOL and always get the same types of errors. I have checked the domain names and labels and they should be fine, I have tried recreating them and that changes nothing, and creating the same filters in a web map works as expected, so I don't think it is an issue with the dataset.
We have exactly the same data structure in our ArcGIS Enterprise and in Sites it works as expected.
I have tried googling but cant find anyone else with the same problem so if anyone can shed some light on it it would be much appreciated because we rely a lot of the summary statistics and as they are in Hubs they are unusable. I know a potential workaround would be to create filtered views of the data but I am trying to avoid this, it is overkill for what we are building.
Thanks!
Ellie
