Suggest locations within the map extent first

Issue:

When searching for a location in the map it returns search results from all around the world. This does not respect the Open Data content extent or the AGOL Organisation Region Settings

Request:

I would like for search to order the results showing the ones in the map extent first.

I would assume this would be more a more flexible solution for the AGOL admins than needing a custom geofence for the search configured 'somewhere'
