Using the image widget in Hub on Enterprise, we should be able to replace an image we already uploaded instead of having to rename our image and upload the "new" image. Today's technology should allow us to simply overwrite a file that was uploaded. Not sure why Esri can't do this - I shouldn't have to rename an image file 5 times and re-upload 5 times because I make tweaks to it in an image program and want to re-upload. The dialog box should say "overwrite or upload with new name" and be done with it.
