While testing out the workspaces function of Hub, I have discovered on the "Content" section of your dashboard, you are unable to filter content to just your organization, only to "Content I own" or "All Content". This is at odds with how other ESRI products are organized. There should be a 3rd choice to filter content to your organization.

Being able to filter content down to your organization allows for easier access, and would make it easier from both a user and administrative perspective to access, view, and edit content, as well as avoid duplication in your organization.

Hi @CaitlinParker2 –

Thank you for your post. We're looking into your suggestion and other ideas related to the filters in the user workspace. If you identify anything else that would be helpful to add, please feel free to append to this idea.

Thanks @JustinPrather , I do have a few more on this note. I made a separate idea submission for the ability to alphabetize the Type filter in the workspace view. This should also apply to tags.

Additionally I have uncovered a few other things that crop up in other workspace pages - would it be best to separate those out into new idea submissions?

I made a separate idea submission

Saw that. Will take a look.

Yes, please. Bucketing them in either "Questions" or "Ideas" is helpful. Thank you!

@JustinPrather I would also like to see that third filter item to filter content for my organization. I don't personally own any of our Hub sites but I am an administrator and manage them, and now it is difficult to find them through this platform. Thanks!

Thank you for the response, @SarahHurley1

We're in the thick of prioritizing our immediate follow-on improvements and this is looking like something we'll tackle fairly soon.

@CaitlinParker2@SarahHurley1 -

We added the ability in the user workspace in "Content" to filter content by your organization (and if you have Hub Premium, filter by your companion community organization).

We are planning to make other adjustments to the filtering to make it more consistent across the application. If you have other requests, please add an Idea in ArcGIS Hub Ideas. Thank you for raising your feedback!

Thank you! This is immensely helpful, and I am happy to see it made it for this update.
