Hide Ownership Data in ArcGIS Hub

Our organization is hoping to show the Organization Name as the author for all of our hub site features, surveys, apps, etc. rather than the items owner. We are primarily concerned about the information on the webapps/surveys that are included on our site. If there was a way to completely remove the application information, summary, etc. so that only the app or survey shows when opened, we would. For example, when a user clicks on our data request form, it opens to another page that requires another click to open the survey. There already is the option to embed the survey directly, but showing it as a feature looks cleaner in our opinion.
