ERROR 999999 Something unexpected.....

Hello while using ArcGIS pro 3.4.3 (but has happened on many versions) while using Geoprocessing tools usually during interpolations but recently while using the 'Compute change raster tool' I will get this Error '999999 something unexpected' but if I close the software and reopen it the tool works. I would like to know if anyone knows how to get this to stop happening, I am happy that it works onces restarting, but I would really like to not have to waste time with restarting and re opening the software.
