You missed the help topics??

http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/analysis/geostatistical-analyst/what-is-ebk-regression-predict...

You do know why you are using it presume?

yes ,I already read this description ,I m using it to map ozone concentration using elevation as predictor, since I found they are correlated, I tried it and I found pretty nice result ,If you know some books about this method or related topic ,it will be great, the issue I can't understand how this method integrate regression and kriging in term of mathematical equation.

I will move this to the https://community.esri.com/community/gis/analysis/geostatistical-analyst?sr=search&searchId=67753e96...‌ place to see if it will rustle a few responses from the dev team there.  Perhaps there is a reference list that can would be useful to tie the topics together.

In addition to the link provided by Dan, you may want to read this issue of ArcUser.

http://www.esri.com/news/arcuser/1012/files/arcuser59/arcuser59.pdf  or through this link: Empirical Bayesian Kriging

At page 6 (or 7) of the PDF an article starts about how it is implemented in ArcGIS, although it does not contain not many formulas.
