Determining acreage per class interval

I am currently writing a paper concerning the cadmium contamination in a Belgian region called ??? the Campine???. Based on a database of more than 2 000 sample measurements, the contamination level was predicted using the Geostatistical Analyst in ArcGIS.

Based on the contamination level, three class intervals (that each represent a geographical area) were identified:
Class interval 1: geographic area with a contamination level of 0,1-1,2 mg/kg
Class interval 2: geographic area with a contamination level of 1,2 ??? 4 mg/kg
Class interval 3: geographic area with a contamination level of > 4 mg/kg

In the following step, I will add a layer that contains the farmland in the Campine area. In this way, I would like to determine the acreage of the farmland per geographic area/class interval. Does anybody know if it is possible to select separately each geographic area/class interval to determine the acreage of it?

I hope my question is clear. Otherwise, questions can be asked.

Many thanks in advance!
