I have ArcGIS Server 10.4.0 up and running. I authorize Geoevent extension using the same License key and it did authorize. But still i am not able to access Geoevent Manager . getting the following message:
ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server is not licensed. Contact System Administrator to have a license installed.
I have restarted the Services and machine but still not able to access.
In Wrapper file under: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\GeoEvent\data\log, i saw the last entries as:

I have authorized it and got the success message then why i am getting this issue? Any help ?
