Can Register ArcGIS Server but it does not show up

Hello, I am using GeoEvent Server with ArcGIS Server 10.6.1.

After I enter the server credentials, I am able to successfully register an ArcGIS Server. I get the green box that says the server was successfully registered. But, the server does not show up in Site - Data Stores - Registered ArcGIS Server. Any ideas why this could be happening? (I cleated by Chrome browser cache and refreshed the screen and no change)
