Geocode Processor for GeoEvent

I'm surprised to see that GeoEvent has a Reverse Geocode processor sample available, but nothing for Geocoding non spatial tabular records.  I would like to be able to have GeoEvent monitor records in a table, and as new records get entered, have them passed through a Geocode processor to spatially enable those records.

My business case is simple.  We need to spatially identify active calls in our Police CAD system for display and routing purposes.  The particular CAD system we utilize does not assign a lat\long or XY to the record.  This seems very simply, but without writing a CLR trigger in SQL to geocode against a google or some other service, it seems impossible.  A GeoCode Processor for GeoEvent seems like a perfect fit for this scenario (and many others).
