RESOLVED: Error message when running the Tools on ArcGIS GeoBIM for Enterprise

Update 01/14/2026, 02:30pm EST - Issue has been fixed and there are no actions required by users to implement the fix.

We are aware that Enterprise users are experiencing issues with the Tools page on ArcGIS GeoBIM. The following bug have been identified: 

  • When running the tools, the job will show as complete with a success message, but all documents will fail with the message "Error syncing document for [document name]". When downloading the error report, an error message will show "Exception: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https:// developer.api.autodesk.com/da/us-east/v3/workitems".
  • This issue does not impact ArcGIS Online customers.

 

Our team is actively investigating this matter and are working toward a fix.
