Syncing Issues

I have been trying to get my mobile cache to sync with my mxd file. When I run the Mobile Sync tool, I receive no error, but when I check to see if the data was updated, it didn't go through. What could I be doing wrong?

me too. I'm running AGM 10.2 and while the sync cache tool runs without error it does show warnings that there were "errors in posting updates". With no other explanation.

I haven't changed anything in my methodology so dont know what's the problem..

Hi-
It may be a DNS issue.  I receive the same sync issues with my deployment, where the tool reports that the name resolver could not resolve the server name upon a synchronization.  In our case, this may be due to our IT having aliased our server name so that outside our firewall, users do not have to map to our server machine name.
