Synch mobile cache gp tool

According to the mobile blog the Synchronise Mobile Cache desktop geoprocessing tool was supposed to become available to ArcView licence level useres with Mobile 10 build 2475. I have updated all of our instances to this build but this tool is still locked. Is it possible to have a link to a toolbox which can easily be accessed which has this corrected.

In addition to installing ArcGIS Mobile 10 (Build 2475) you will also need to install the ArcGIS 10.0 (Desktop) Add Globalids in ArcView patch as instructed in the Mobile Blog, [http://blogs.esri.com/Dev/blogs/mobilecentral/archive/2010/09/02/ArcGIS-Mobile-and-ArcGIS-Desktop.as....
