I'm in Mobile Project Center, trying to add map layers. I'm getting error 403 every time. Our map services are secured, but IIS is also configured to reroute all port 80 traffic to 443 (https). Is this the problem perhaps?

Issue resolved. I clicked away, and then the user password prompt magically appeared.
