How to make mobile cache file

can anyone help-- how to make a mobile cache file in the Arc Desktop ? The idea is to make cache in the Arc Desktop and then save cache files to a device. i have installed the ArcDesktop and ArcMobile. I can able to see the CreateMobileMap Tool .I used one mxd file an input and tried to create MobielCache . its generated MapCache folder( inside .bin (2kb) file only). I saw one of the sample MapCache having 3 files (MapSchema.bin,MobileCache.db,MobileCache.db-journal).why it so? that sample application i can able to load. but some issue that cash.After Zoom out i cant able to see the map . so i thought create new Mobile cache .Please somebody help .

I Want to do small work : Load map in my mobile, I want to plot some points on top of the map. I want to Navigate current device location to specific point.
If any body have such a sample application ? or can you please send some sample valid MobileCache. My mail ID : amruthbinish@gmail.com

Be aware of setting your extent small in the "Layer option" otherwise you will get the full datasets.

You have to take that "package" that ArcMap created and open it in ArcGis Mobile Project Center (MPC).......set it up here and save it.
The MPC then makes a kind of zip file you can deploy to your tablet and install. IT WILL install with a failure, but i have described (and a lot other guys) the work around in another post.

I think taht if you do a search on the forum you will find a lot of information, so you will get a succes.
