We have just released a free Mobile ArcGIS viewer to the Apple, Android, and BlackBerry app stores. We'd welcome any feedback you might have. The app is written in Adobe AIR based on the ESRI Flex Viewer. Future direction is undecided; whether to continue to add free widgets or charge a fee for extended functionality.
