[Is it possible to execute a reconcile and post on an SDE database from ArcGIS Mobile 10 for Windows?

I don't know of a way of doing this straight from inside Mobile (out of the box solution). You could create a service based on a version of the data, use 'manage edits/upload' from within Mobile, and then use ArcMap/Catalog to reconcile/post. Your users making edits on mobile devices will need their services set to non-pooled anyway, so there's really no ability to do versioning directly on the devices as I understand it, unless I'm missing something.
