We are going to a remote area and will not have consistent wireless connection. Is it possible to load a geo-reffed JPG image on the device to run as a background map with GPS, or does ArcMobile REQUIRE cloud access to serve up base data? I know in ArcPad you can do this, doe ArcMobile allow?
