ArcGIS mobile for .NET CF 3.5 Solution/Project Question

Hi all,

The ArcGIS controls can't seem to be loaded on a VS2008 .NET CF 3.5 project. Therefore, I am following this blog (link below) to be able to use ArcGIS mobile on CF 3.5 projects. However, I am not sure where I should include this code in section 3) Add the necessary new members. ?
