The 2021.1 release of ArcGIS for Teams is a preview. Development on ArcGIS for Teams is ongoing. Below is a list of known limitations in the preview version of the product.

Chat
- Configurable apps, ArcGIS Insights models, StoryMaps collections, and some other item types are not returned in search results.
- Content in previous search results may not load as expected when switching between ArcGIS logins, devices, or operating systems. Conduct a new search and open the item from the new search result.
- Search phrases using a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Chinese, Arabic, etc.) return unexpected results.
Viewer
- When using ArcGIS for Teams in the standard experience (i.e. not signed in to ArcGIS), web maps, feature layers, and other items that load in the Map Viewer open in browser.
