Hello All,
I'm attempting to work with a series of maps in "ArcGIS for SharePoint 2.1.1" and ran into a few problems/questions.
1) Zoom extent. In my map I'm displaying some data from our Rest service (e.g building, manholes, and some utilities). We want to Zoom even closer into the map but we seem to be stuck at a pre-determined zoom limits. In this case its 1 inch = 200 feet.
From fiddling around it seems that the zoom level Minimum are based on the ESRI "Basemap" layer. and i notice that there is a button within the Toolbar called "Snap to Scale Levels", but its unclear if this is being applied or not as clicking it and saving doesn't have any affect. If i bring in the Imagery we get to zoom to 1:100, you use Open Street Maps it minimal is 1:200.
Are we stuck at these pre-determined scale levels based on the Base-Map Layer?
Does any know how to over-ride this zoom level control so we could get down to for example 1 inch = 40 scale or am i stuck with settings not applying correctly.
2) Data Frame rotation? Does anyone know if the Web Part could support a custom rotated data frame? Our maps we generally produce have the data displayed on a 25 degree angle.
I'd appreciate any.
Thanks
