Hi to all,
I just installed Esri Maps for Office version 3.1 for Office (x86) 32 bit and I am having trouble in signing in. Every time that I am trying to sign it is saying it failed. In other treads in which this situation was discussed, it was suggested the download of Download the Esri Maps for Office Resources for Portal for ArcGIS 10.2.2 or prior zip file (Portal_102_Resources_for_EM4O_3.1.zip). This seem to solve the problem. I did the same thing but it seems that I still cannot log in from excel. I would appreciate some help on this issue.
