Problem uninstalling EM4O

I want to upgrade my Esri Maps for Office
Running Windows 7 64bit, Office 2013
I believe the version of EM4O I am running is 2.1
On trying to uninstall from add/remove programs or from running the 2.1.4 installed of EM4O, I cannot get past this step:
I cannot locate this setup.msi file.
Whats the manual steps for removing EM4O off my machine so I can roll on with a newer version?
