When installing ArcGIS mapping for Sharepoint during the system check prior to installation we are getting an error that states that before ArcGIS Mapping for Sharepoint can be installed the Sharepoint 2010 Administration Service and the Timer Service has not been started. When we check, both of these service are running. Installation then fails. See attached screen shots.
