Geocoding mistery

Hi there,
We have a problem with the geocoding behaviour that is puzzling us.
We have configured a SharePoint web app RSC with a local set of ArcGIS Server services ( maps, locators, geometry, etc).
These services are working properly when browsed through the Rest directory and other applications.
The problem lies in the Geocoding behaviour during edits in the list items and after initial setup. Firstly, After running the geocoding workflow ( which says it completes all list items geocoding) and trying to update the address location in the edit form, the system returns a "cannot find candidates"  most of the time, even if trying the same data  through the rest services directory returns  candidates as expected.

But the really strange behaviour is that even if the Geocoding services, the basemaps and the ArcGIS Mapping Configuration Files all use our local projection system (27200), if you try to use the "fix" location function, it starts writing "Lat/Lon" coordinates in the Shape.X/Y fields. Now we have looked everywhere, and there is nothing on that SC using Lat/Lon projections. We deleted all ArcGis Online and Bing services and connections.  There is nothing visible to the users that is referring to these Projection, but apparently the webpart is using some hardcoded  services.
IS this correct?
Needles to say that this is rendering useless the SharePoint layer in the map.
