When I insert my dynamic map into powerpoint, the info click is not popping up. Everything is working perfectly online (I have enabled pop ups), I can pan and zoom in powerpoint, but when I click, nothing happens. I have brought in a public map to test and the info tool did work properly on that layer. Are there parameters with the way a service is created or stored to be active in powerpoint?
