My Enrich Layer button is not enabled.  It suggests a registry change.

In my registry, the Office Excel Enrich Layer field is set to 1.

I did the command line install as well with the ENABLE_ENRICH_LAYER=1 setting.

I have Excel 2013.

Any suggestions on how to enable this feature?  I am an ArcGIS online subscriber.

Thanks.

Shawn,

It might be a permissions issue so one suggestion is to have one of your IT personnel login to your machine, as they will be a full admin, and see if they receive the same message in Excel.

Jason,

Thanks for the response.  I'm the only admin on the machine so it probably isn't permissions.  To confirm, I opened Excel with "Run as Administrator".  Any other suggestion to try?

Anybody?  Just uninstalled/reinstalled, no change.  Installed on my other PC, worked fine.

Ah - just installed the other version of the plugin:

x86 insteat of x64.  64 installed without issue (an error would have been nice) but lacked the enrich functionality.

There you have it.
