Adding custom links \ URLs to the MapTips or default Popups in ArcGIS Mapping SP2.1.1

Hi,

Can anyone help me to understand, how Custom links \ URLs can be added to the MapTips or Default Popup in ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint 2.1.1. We are having GIS Site developed in SP2010 using ArcGIS APIs for Silverlight 2.4 & ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint 2.1.1. I appreciate any help or suggestions solve this Maptips functionality.
