Good day to all...

I'm a SP Admin/Dev and installed the ArcGIS SharePoint Webpart in our MS Tenant.

Did a quick POC where I was able to display SharePoint GeoTagged documents across multiple SharePoint SUBSITES with ease. Geotags wrote to the SharePoint Term Store perfectly, etc...

The problem is that I have architected project with the more modern SharePoint HUB sites.

Are there any plans to implement HUB Site picker in the webpart when geotagging SharePoint Document Libraries ? I acknowledge the complexity of traversing 3 or 4 hub levels to aggregate doc libraries.

Hope you are having a wonderful day. I wanted to let you know that we have submitted the November release app package file to Microsoft and it's currently going through the final approval process. The app should get updated in the Microsoft App Source (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200003118?tab=DetailsAndSupport) in the next day or two. The latest release of the app has some really cool features and enhancements along with bug fixes. One of the features in this release is the support for "Hub sites". Once the app is updated in your tenant, you will be able to add SharePoint geocoded data from the sites within the "Hub" and also, geotag documents stored in the "Hub" and "Associated hubs". Thank you very much for bringing this idea to our attention and we hope to get more feedback/suggestions from users like yourself.

A new release blog will also be posted on Esri Community (EC) site on Monday (11/27). The blog will provide more details on the new features and enhancements.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via EC if you have any questions or concerns.

Have a wonderful thanksgiving!!!

Thanks & Regards,

Raaj

Hello @BrianLabelleSMLP --

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and hope you are well.

The latest version of the ArcGIS for SharePoint app is currently available on Microsoft App Source (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/wa200003118?tab=overview). In this release, we have added support for "Hub" sites. Once you update the app in your MS 365 tenant, you will be able to add data from sites within your "Hub" and "Associated hubs". Also, you can tag documents from the sites with your "Hub" and "Associated Hubs".

(More details on the new features/enhancements in this release is covered in this blog - https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-for-sharepoint-blog/change-log-and-updates-november-2023-for-ar...)

Let me know if you have any questions and once again thanks for posting this idea on EC.

Please feel free to reach us on Esri Community with any new ideas/feedback or if you have questions on existing features or functionalities.

Thanks & Regards,

Raaj
