Create a New Record in Feature Layer (from a Survey123 Submission)

I'm using Power Automate to create a report when a Survey123 form is submitted, my goal is to then add the link to the created report to a feature layer that's then displayed in a dashboard and have the report show in an embed widget.

I am struggling at getting the new record to be created. I have the webhook set up and it runs successfully but it does not add a new point to the feature layer. It returns the below when I look at the run.

I'm using the geometry attribute from the Survey123 payload. Since it's not giving me an error I have no idea what I'm missing.
