Hi
I am working in Windows 10 Pro in ArcGIS 10.6.1 on multiple displays. I keep having this problem where toolbars (this time the georeferencing toolbar) are not displaying when I turn them on in customize-toolbars. Once I found a toolbar in the way corner of my left screen barely showing, leading me to think this has something to do with me having multiple screens (the toolbar is lost in no-mans land). I have tried turning the toolbar on and of and starting a new template with no luck. The toolbar is not visible on any of my screens.
Anyone know how to (re)set the "location" of the toolbar so that it shows up on at least one of my screens?
