How do I capture the Entire Map Created using Excel Data to print as a PDF

Hello 

I am trying to print a Map of the locations we have  within a state and I am unable to get the whole state in the map. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

Hello there! The big ol' state of Texas should be able to be printed as a PDF but you may need to zoom out a bit. Not sure exactly the background here or your workflow but you may also check to see what your visible range is under properties.
