Support setting the default Portal URL in disconnected ArcGIS for Excel

There is currently no supported method to pre-configure a default portal or enterprise connection in disconnected deployments of ArcGIS for Excel. It would be great to have the ability to set this within disconnected environments so users don't have to input the portal URL every time they use the add-in.

I feel your pain @EdenPunter , You'd think that since ArcGIS Enterprise dropped over 15 years ago, they would have configuration options for desktop applications that run on disconnected deployments, but I guess I'm proven wrong again 😞

Thank you for posting @EdenPunter, let me take this request back to my team and see if there is anything we can do to improve this experience. 

@BrendaButton Stay tuned....lets hope we can work towards a solution of some sort!
