When i add a hosted feature service to an AutCAD map using the ArcGIS for Autocad it shows up and everything is placed correctly but none of the attributes are coming through. So while i have the GIS data in CAD i can really tell what any of is. Thoughts?

Perhaps you can rephrase your question?  ArcGIS for AutoCAD does not support "hosted services" yet (Hosted Service: REST Only services hosted on ArcGIS Online, as contrasted to On Premise ArcGIS for Server that you host within your organization or on a virtual server in the cloud.) .  ArcGIS for AutoCAD does support feature services, Image services and Map services that those can contain attributes accessible in ArcGIS for AutoCAD. As the GIS administrator that publishes data you have options to enable different levels of attribution in the services you publish.  Thoughts I have would be to test those services in other client software like the ArcGIS.com viewer.  Or by looking at the REST endpoint URL to see what capabilities have been enabled for your services.  For Map Services you won't be able to view the attributes unless the DATA capability has been enabled for example.  Before even that the services will be published from an ArcMap map, so the layers within the map that you publish also need to have those attributes exposed.
