ArcGis for Autocad 350 Unhandled exception error message.

I am trying to add a service aafter initially running the arcgis for autocad 350 service. I'm running on a Windows 7 64-bit system. I've tried reinstalling both autocad Civil 3d 2015 and arcgis for autocad 350 and have continuously ran into the same problem. Any suggestions?????
