Provide support for custom basemaps in the basemap switcher from a group in ArcGIS Online or Portal

Hi there,

We would like to be able to customise the "Esri Maps" Basemap switcher in the same was you can in ArcGIS Pro by providing basemaps from a custom group.  It could either use a single defined group or read it from the logged in organisation.
