Issue overview

On Aug. 23, 2024, it was brought to the product team's attention that users are not able to sign into their ArcGIS Online organizations using the ArcGIS for AutoCAD plug-in.

The team is able to reproduce the issue, and we are working hard to investigate and address it. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

How does this affect you?

At this time, ArcGIS for AutoCAD users are not able to use the plug-in to sign into their ArcGIS Online organizations. Any paths of execution that would trigger a sign in will produce the following error:

Clicking either Yes or No has no effect.

What are we doing about the issue?

The product team is working hard to:

1. Identify the cause of the issue.

2. Identify a temporary workaround and/or fix.

Thank you for your patience as we investigate this issue as a high priority, and please rest assured that we are working to get your teams back up and moving as quickly as possible.

We will post status updates to the top of this blog as new information becomes available.
