I have encountered an instance of a user whose Site Scan is not enabling the viewing of the live video feed since receiving the update last week.
They have tried this using two drones (DJI Matrice M200 v2), and two iPads.
Can also confirm that the camera works as the DJI monitoring screens are functioning.
I cannot find any other mention of this issue, so I am asking whether anybody has encountered a similar error as of yet?

What sensor(s) are you using on your M200 v2?
Please confirm that your iPads are running the latest version of iPadOS.

I see no reports of a similar issue, and our flight test team also tested this configuration without issues. Please file a support ticket through Esri Technical Support, and a support analyst will reach out to help find a resolution.
