Hi Everyone,

I am facing a problem - I published web maps in AGOL and gave the access to, sharing at the organization and team group level. I created the form for those web maps in field maps designer web app by using ArcGIS online Credentials. i published the form for doing field level inspections using mobile field maps.

Now my question is, I am the owner of the web maps, and form. i am able to view the web maps in field map designer web app and mobile field map application and edit the data and save the data in both platforms. i shared that web map, forms at group level to get access to do inspections at field level. group members got access in mobile field maps app only, and they are collecting the data though only mobile field maps. But  group people would like to view and edit the web map and forms in field map designer ( in PC) web app and make changes to the data.  I shared the maps at group level. But why they are not viewing the maps in the field map designer web app ?

can you please help me here where did i wrong ? your inputs are essential to tackle it.

Field map designer requires the person making the edits (to the setup) to be the owner of the map. It's a different process to capturing data within the map. So you either need to change the owner yourself to allow that (you can change it back when they're done) or bequeath them and admin role which allows them to take ownership themselves (but that also carries the risk that they can, for example, delete other peoples maps/layers etc.)
