When creating an offline map for Field Maps (Windows), I can't get the tpkx basemap to download to the device. The imagery that I do get, is very pixelated.
When I download the same map to an iPad and it looks fine.
I've got the tpkx selected in the Basemap and tile package options.
I'm using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and everything that I've read, we can't side load the tpkx.
Is there something else that I'm missing at all?
The tpkx file is approx 20GB and the map I download is only approx 1.5GB
