There is a huge hit on our workflows with the latest releases of field maps app. No Field Worker can login and use field maps anymore, even on ios or android devices.
Connection error.
The server may not being responding or we encountered an unexpected error.

What version of Field Maps are you having this error on? I am using 2025.2.0 along with Enterprise 11.3 and I have not yet experienced this error. If possible, do your ArcGIS Server or Portal logs show anything suspicious and have you recently restarted these two servers?

Thanks for helping out.
We are currently on version 25.2.2, which updated automatically to our devices. I recall that on 25.2.0 everything was working fine. However, starting from 25.2.1, it stopped working on both Android and iOS.
We also use Microsoft SSO, though I’m not sure if that’s contributing to the issue.
Also the servers were restarted.
Hello @dpsaltis , are you able to reach out to Esri Tech Support to report this? There are a lot of variables with Enterprise Sign in and there are also a few known issues that we would want to see if you are running into or if this is something different. Thanks!

Already did reach out Esri Tech Support. It's about a week and a half without an answer, so i started searching the forums.
*The error still there on the latest 25.2.3 version. Also did a unistall and reinstall .

Hey @dpsaltis can you send me the case number via DM and I can follow up on that.
Can you provide a screenshot of the error? Also, you can try using the "Skip sign in" option on the sign in screen then navigate to the Profile settings > Troubleshooting > View Logs. Do you see any errors here around authentication? You can share this log with me via DM as well. Thanks!
