I'm trying to set an external GPS as the Location Provider for Field Maps on an Android phone, and every time I hit the "Add Provider", Field Maps crashes [the app stops working and closes]. I'm following the "Set your receiver as the location provider" instructions at Prepare for high-accuracy data collection—ArcGIS Field Maps | Documentation , but when I do "In the Location section of the profile, tap Provider.", Field Maps crashes [the app stops working and closes]. I'm using a new Samsung S25 Android phone, and I have an external GPS connected via Bluetooth (Bad Elf Mini Extreme). I do not see the Bad Elf listed as a provider (which I assume I would not until I add it).
All thoughts welcome.
