Reduce repetitiveness when capturing multiple similar features

At the end of a form, I would like a radio button question to ask the user whether they wish to submit another form for a similar feature:

Yes - the current form is submitted and a new form is displayed with some fields pre-populated based on the answers in the current form.

No - the current form is submitted and closed.

Can this be achieved in any way.

I wish this was possible in Survey123 as well.

If I flush 1300 hydrants, would be nice to click or circle them all, so I only have to enter once, instead of 1300 times, which would take a full week to do....

Field Maps has the option to select multiple or you could use ArcGIS Pro to select the hydrants and calculate values.
