Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the ESRI world, but am trying to work through an issue my organization has been experiencing since migrating our stack to a new environment and upgrading to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. The issue centers around a layer (housed within a feature service) that is failing to load, but only in Field Maps - the same layer works fine in ArcGIS Pro and Map Viewer via desktop. When attempting to load the layer in Field Maps, we get the following error:

Domain: com.esri.arcgis.runtime.error
Code: 3026
Description: Geodatabase invalid type for domain.

I republished the service from scratch in an attempt to correct any stale data that may have been at play from the migration, but this resulted in the same issue (which maybe points to this being a problem in the actual data itself?).

I have not been able to find any information on why this error is occurring or how to resolve the issue, but I'm hoping someone in the community has come across this before.

Thank you for any help in advance!

Hi @briggs

What datatypes are you using (Long, double, date etc)?

I am wondering if you have any date only or time only fields within your feature layers?

Are you attempting an offline workflow and does your data meet the requirements for offline?

Work offline with Field Maps

Take Your Web Maps Offline with ArcGIS Field Maps

Out of interest do you have an ArcGIS Online to help rule out the ArcGIS Enterprise environment?

I would recommend raising this matter with your distributor so they can look into it further.
