Pop ups Crash FM in IOS, only in offline mode

Greetings,

Basically, when using an offline map on IOS, field maps keeps crashing when the user clicks the pop up of the point they are going to inspect. Oddly, it doesn't crash online, and when you click the popup of a record with no related inspection records attached, it does not crash when offline.

Has anyone ever seen this? None of this happens on android. Also, this works fine when online in IOS. Very strange.

For more context I am using the following setup. I published an Survey123 layer, downloaded the feature class, added a related parent feature class that lives in Field Maps, the republished. The survey 123 is the  re-directed to store data in that new hosted feature class. Survey 123 points are child records of a single, fixed Field Maps point. Users click the pop up of the field maps point, use url parameters to link to Survey123, the url parameter sends global ID of parent to parentGUID field of child S123 record. However, the relate between parent and child does not require that the child have a parent guid.

So, back to the crashing problem. One thing that may be happening is that some users did not use the url link from field maps to collect data, which would auto populate the parent guid field which is the key relate field. So some child records have no parentGUID. Could that be the issue?

I am seeing this on multiple IOS devices, most are a few years old. Again, doesn't happen on IOS when online, and doesn't happen at all on Android, even when offline.

I am wondering if it could be related to this bug https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/the-popup-of-the-features-with-the-related-table-does-n-bug-00014....

@DougBrowning any ideas? This is based on your excellent set up you have written about here.
